How it works
Follow Along is a Chrome extension that records a browser task and turns it into an editable training guide.
1. Record
Start a Chrome recording and complete the task deliberately. A clear indicator stays on screen. Capture stays on your device in the current version.
2. Edit
Fix wording, reorder steps, and permanently redact sensitive screenshots before you share. Default email and phone masking helps. Auto titles and zoomed click screenshots open when you stop.
3. Share or export
Publish a revocable “anyone with the link” share link, or download HTML, PDF, or Markdown. Viewers do not need a paid seat. Free has 3 active links; Pro or trial has up to 100. Links can only be managed from the browser install that created them.
Install
Follow Along is not on the Chrome Web Store yet. Download the zip from Install and Load unpacked in Chrome developer mode.
